Payment:
All items must be paid for within 7 days. Items that are not paid for within the time period will relisted and the transaction canceled.
US Shipping:
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDER $75 AND OVER!!
I ship via USPS First Class for all orders in the US, EXCEPT when your order exceeds the weight limit for First Class. At this time you will be upgraded to Priority Mail. If you pay through Paypal, delivery confirmation is included. Insurance, and Priority Shipping is extra. So if you would like either of these services, contact me for a revised invoice through paypal.
International Shipping:
Depending on your area I like to ship airmail letter post unless the value of shipping is equal to the price of Global Priority Shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then e-mail me at ashabee05@gmail.com. I will try to rectify the situation to the best of my ability.
Returns:
Your return must be postmarked and received within 10 days of purchase. Before you return an item, please contact me so I will know it's coming. Custom orders are not eligible for return.
Exchanges:
Exchanges can be made only if the item you received is drastically different than the item described. But please note that each monitor displays colors and pictures differently. If you have questions about the colors of an item, contact me before purchase.
Refunds:
Note that you will not receive a cash refund. You can either exchange the item for another OR Store Credit which is good for 6 months from the date of issue.
Loss and Damage:
I am not able to offer refunds on items lost or damaged en route to your location. If you have had a bad experience with the USPS or are worried about damage occurring, then contact me and I will add insurance to your order and send you a revised invoice from paypal.
